You will recall that a Texan Representative to Congress admitted that the many facilites now maintained for the National Guard are also held in reserve to store citizens who are not cooperating with the governments. I believe those are called concentration camps, although they will try to sanitize them as they did with the Americans of Japanese ancestry during that tragic epoch of our DEMOCRACY.
